Barbara Pinnock, PRS, CM, Reiki, and Sound Healing Practitioner

Barbara Pinnock is the Founder and Executive Director of COGO, in long-term recovery with 32 years of sobriety.

She is a certified Peer Recovery Specialist and healing practitioner specializing in sound bowls and trauma-informed wellness.

Barbara is also a survivor of gun violence after losing her son. Her lived experience drives her mission to help mothers, youth, and families heal from trauma, violence, domestic abuse, incarceration, and generational pain.

For 26 years, she served with Montgomery County Government before founding COGO to help families rebuild their lives with dignity and support.
