COGO is wellness-based and peer-led. We are not a medical or clinical provider. We provide supportive groups, wellness education, and community connection. To protect participants—especially youth—COGO follows basic safety practices, including screening of adults who work with youth and clear group guidelines. We respect privacy and confidentiality. If someone is in danger or at risk of harm, we follow safety steps and connect to appropriate help.
